Webinar Session given in Sitecore User Groups

Me along with Koushik Mukherjee has presented a topic in 3 different user groups.

Topic : Migrating from Sitecore XP to XM Cloud: A Developer’s Guide

SUGKOLKATA - 26th September, 2025

SUGPUNE - 17th October, 2025

SUGHYD - 18th November, 2025

This webinar focuses on the end-to-end process of migrating content items from Sitecore XP/XM to XM Cloud using the Sitecore Migration Tool.

The session is divided into two parts — theory and hands-on demonstration. The theoretical concepts and tool overview were presented by Koushik Mukherjee, followed by the live demo/practical walkthrough delivered by me, showcasing how to execute the migration step-by-step in the XM Cloud portal.

Organiser for Sitecore User Group (SUG) Kolkata

As the organizer of this User Group, I have continued my efforts to make webinars accessible to the entire Sitecore community on a wide range of topics.

Our core motive remains unchanged — to provide a platform for all Sitecore community members to showcase and share their knowledge. Along the way, just like our audience, we too have had a wonderful opportunity to learn from both the speakers and the viewers across various subjects.

A heartfelt thank you to L&G Consultancy for sponsoring us, and to Koushik Mukherjee for being the founder of this group. My sincere appreciation also goes to Biswajit Nayak (Member) and Chandan Kumar (Member) for their dedicated and tireless contributions.

Below are the list of webinars which we hosted in year 2025.

Sitecore MVP Mentorship Program

This year, I had the opportunity to join the Sitecore MVP Mentorship Program as a mentee. The program proved to be a tremendous learning experience, enabling me to gain valuable technical insights and broaden my understanding of the Sitecore ecosystem. Along the way, I was also able to connect and collaborate with many exceptional professionals across the global Sitecore community.

I am especially grateful to my mentor, Koushik Mukherjee, who played a pivotal role in guiding me throughout this enriching journey. His support and direction have been instrumental in shaping my growth and confidence in the Sitecore space.

Goals for 2026

In 2026, my primary focus is to deepen my expertise in Sitecore AI and other SaaS-based products, especially Sitecore CDP, Personalize, Send/Stream, Connect, and the upcoming cloud-native offerings. By expanding my hands-on experience in these areas, I aim to enhance my thought process and adopt a more efficient and future-ready solution approach.

My second goal is to present more topics across different Sitecore User Groups, contributing back to the community by sharing the knowledge and learnings I gain throughout my professional journey.

Additionally, I plan to take a more active role in organizing sessions for the SUG Kolkata user group. I want to step forward in inviting more community members to our platform, helping us deliver richer content to our existing audience and strengthening connections within the wider Sitecore community.

In a nutshell, my goals for 2026 include:

  • Learning, implementing, and embracing Sitecore SaaS products to build smarter and scalable solutions

  • Sharing knowledge through blog posts, seminars, and other community events

  • Organizing more webinars on the Sitecore User Group Kolkata channel

  • Being more active on social platforms like LinkedIn, Sitecore Slack, and Stack Exchange
